Jordan is the principal manager of our site teams, bringing extensive experience in leading the installation department. His expertise in managing multiple site teams, overseeing scheduling, streamlining workflows and allocating resources facilitates seamless project completion and the consistent achievement of handover deadlines, a vital role in Sprinklers Direct's success. He is also responsible for subcontractor management, project cost control and health and safety across all of our sites, as well as training and developing our engineers. Day to day, Jordan liaises effectively with clients, site managers and subcontractors to ensure clear communication, coordination and smooth collaboration throughout project delivery. He adopts a proactive approach to problem-solving, risk management and continuous improvement to achieve optimal outcomes while aligning with client expectations.

As leading management of our office-based departments, including Sales, Admin and Design, Rebecca is responsible for the seamless coordination and delivery of projects, ensuring full compliance with BS9251 and adherence to SD policy guidelines. She oversees our third-party accreditation and technical sign-off, manages key client accounts and leads HR for our Lowton office. She is focused on maintaining current training and product knowledge to deliver value engineering solutions for clients. Rebecca provides clients with competitive pricing and expert technical support from the outset, and with her extensive technical expertise, she ensures projects are executed efficiently, accurately and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

As Financial Controller, Gavin oversees the financial management of Sprinklers Direct, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective financial controls and timely management information to support business performance. He manages the company's accounts, cash flow and budgeting, whilst maintaining strong financial processes and compliance with all financial and statutory requirements. Working closely with the directors and wider team, Gavin oversees day-to-day financial operations, including credit control, supplier payments, payroll and tax reporting, and provides regular updates on the company's financial performance. He also manages our relationships with external accountants and supports the ongoing development of our financial processes to ensure the business operates effectively and continues to grow.

As the Design Manager, Emily works closely with the design team, overseeing day-to-day processes to ensure design deadlines are met and clients receive dedicated support for coordination with M&E services. Her role focuses on ensuring sprinkler designs across the team are optimised for efficiency and compliant with BS9251, alongside training and developing the design department. She is responsible for managing workflows to facilitate seamless transitions to the operations and installation teams. Whilst also collaborating closely with the Sales Team, Emily provides accurate quotes and from this has a proven track record of securing repeat clients. She also oversees our social media and marketing and is committed to maintaining a high level of customer service within the Sales & Design department, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

As our Service Manager, Debbie takes full ownership of our servicing department, from quoting and scheduling through to invoicing and credit control, with a focus on growing our servicing work and keeping clients on our books. She is also responsible for maintaining our subcontractor and compliance records and supervising the admin team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Debbie nurtures our supplier relationships and acts as a key point of contact for clients, managing communications to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, all whilst assisting the finance department to ensure smooth financial operations and accurate record-keeping.

Jodie is responsible for thoroughly assessing site conditions prior to and during installation to ensure adherence to project requirements. Leading a number of projects at once, she monitors and supervises installation teams to verify that work is carried out in accordance with BS9251 standards, whilst working closely with management and the design team to ensure all sprinkler installations are accurately executed and align with the approved sprinkler plans. She conducts regular inspections, promptly identifies and addresses any issues or deviations and ensures that all work complies with purchase orders, as well as managing on-site health and safety. As part of her role she evaluates and manages additional works when required, carries out commissioning and servicing, and produces handover documentation, facilitating effective communication between installation teams, management and the design department to promote seamless project delivery and uphold high-quality standards throughout the installation process.

As an experienced Sprinkler Designer Kirubakaran designs residential fire sprinkler systems and undertakes the project design process from inception to completion. With his technical knowledge, he provides design support to clients and engineers to ensure a full understanding of the design requirements and compliance in as-built design and handover documentation.

As a Sprinkler Designer Ken assists lead project managers by drafting detailed plans and layouts, ensuring accurate sprinkler head placements, and performs hydraulic calculations to verify system performance whilst maintaining compliance with design specifications. He also supports with pump and tank selection and liaises with clients and engineers to gather the information needed for design. He contributes to the preparation and organisation of comprehensive project documentation, facilitating smooth project progression and effective communication across teams.

Jordan is responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining sprinkler systems in strict accordance with design specifications, conducting pressure testing and commission testing. He works closely with management and design teams to ensure that all sprinkler systems are installed in compliance with approved plans and assesses site conditions to ensure readiness for commissioning. His skillset aids in carrying out thorough inspections and testing of sprinkler systems to verify proper operation, performance and compliance before handover, all whilst identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies during the commissioning process, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality system installations.

As our Office Administrator, Scarlett provides dedicated day-to-day support across the business and acts as a central point of contact between our engineers, site teams and the office. She manages enquiries and ensures clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. She is responsible for document control, maintaining organised file management systems and keeping project records up to date to ensure accurate record-keeping. Scarlett also supports our design team in preparing handover documents to facilitate smooth project transitions, and acts as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

As our Purchasing Administrator, Nastia supports our Project Managers and Operations team in ordering the materials needed to install each sprinkler package. She manages engineer material requests and supplier deliveries, ensuring the right materials arrive on site when they're needed, and works to improve and streamline our purchasing process across the business.
