Project Outcome
Our in-house Design Team meticulously developed compliance strategies for mixed coverage needs across each block, ensuring consistency and quality in installation while adhering to all safety standards.
This project features 81 affordable homes across three blocks and buildings ranging from 2 to 8 storeys, along with state-of-the-art gym facilities.
Our scope included comprehensive fire sprinkler solutions:
- CAT 4 fire sprinkler coverage throughout flats, ancillary rooms and common corridors
- Installation of a dedicated 22,500-litre sprinkler tank
- Dual sprinkler pumps with backup supplies to meet enhanced requirements
