This 4-storey care home over levels Basement to 2nd floor – offers 75 beds for nursing, dementia and residential care, along with flexible respite stays.
Our team design and installed a comprehensive CAT 3 full coverage sprinkler system, including over 350 sprinkler heads, a dedicated booster set & sprinkler risers working alongside a combined tank and a priority demand valve for domestic water services. This solution ensures the highest safety standards while being cost-effective—reducing stored water demand and utilising town infill capabilities to minimise costs for our client.
