Project Outcome
This derelict former Post Office in the heart of Dartford has been transformed into a refurbished block of flats, boasting 21 flats and multiple amenities.
With many spatial restraints, our design team had the ensure the hydraulic requirements were met whilst working within a very small plantroom. Our skilled in house designers spec’d a dedicated inline booster pump, which enabled the sprinkler system to be fed directly off the dedicated sprinkler mains.
