Project Outcome
Kingfisher Manor, a purpose-built care home situated on Pine Marten Close in Pagham near Bognor Regis, offers exceptional residential, nursing, dementia, respite, and end-of-life care within a secure, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Designed with both comfort and practicality in mind, the home features a supportive setting where dignity, independence, and wellbeing are always at the forefront.
This state-of-the-art facility comprises an 80-bedroom property, each with 100% en suite wet rooms and private patio terraces. Spread across three wings over 2.5 storeys, the project demanded meticulous planning and expert execution. Sprinklers Direct brought our extensive skills to the table, designing, installing, testing, and commissioning a fully compliant Category 3 full cover sprinkler system. Our team carefully engineered the system to include a dedicated sprinkler riser, PDV, and a robust combined Sprinkler and Domestic pump and tank, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Collaborating closely with Fusion Mechanical, we ensured every detail met the highest standards of fire safety compliance.
