Project Outcome
Located overlooking Down Lane Park in Tottenham Hale, the existing Ashley Road refuse depot has been transformed into a vibrant, low-carbon neighbourhood.
This project features the delivery of 272 new homes across five blocks and ten riser cores. The development includes 86 valves and 3,236 sprinkler heads, all served by a dedicated sprinkler pump and tank designed to meet CAT 4 criteria. The entire system is fed from a standalone, centralised pump and tank, demonstrating our team’s meticulous planning, commitment to value engineering, safety, and quality.
