Project Outcome
The challenge was to deliver a fully compliant sprinkler system that integrated seamlessly within the building’s unique structure, while maintaining efficiency across multiple floors and private apartments. Early coordination and precise planning were essential to ensure the system met regulatory requirements without compromising the design intent of the development.
Working closely with our repeat client, our in-house design team developed a bespoke sprinkler solution tailored to the building’s layout and system requirements.
Pipe routes were carefully planned to navigate the development’s distinctive form — internally referred to as the “avocado” — allowing the system to integrate efficiently across all seven floors. Installation was delivered with a focus on consistency, quality and clear coordination, ensuring smooth approval and commissioning on completion.
Capella Court now benefits from a fully approved residential sprinkler system that enhances life safety for residents across all private apartments.
