Project Outcome
The Cranwood, a project carried out in partnership with Formation Design and Build. This transformation of a former care home into 41 high-quality homes, including 32 affordable council rentals, plays a vital role in supporting families and individuals on Haringey’s waiting list.
At the heart of this development is our commitment to safety. Recognising the critical importance of reliable sprinkler systems in protecting residents, Sprinklers Direct has designed and installed a bespoke BS9251:2021 compliant fire suppression system across all three blocks. This advanced system features 19 monitored zone valves and 432 sprinkler heads; all fed from a centralised combined sprinkler and domestic pump and tank.
