Project Outcome

We are proud to have contributed to the redevelopment of this residential site into a modern, smart, and contemporary block of 20 flats — a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments, some with terraces. We provided gull fire sprinkler coverage throughout all areas, including flats, ancillary rooms, and common corridors, compliant with BS9251:2021 CAT 3. Installed an inline booster pump to ensure sustainable pressure across all floors.
