Project Outcome
This purpose-built building features 202 student bedrooms, along with a large on-site gym, games area, communal lounge, on-site laundry and a rooftop terrace.
A key highlight of the project is the installation of a Category 4 Residential Sprinkler System, expertly designed in accordance with BS 9251:2021. This high-rise system provides full coverage across all six floors, with tailored designs for both residential and Ordinary Hazard areas. The system includes a combined sprinkler & domestic tank, a dedicated sprinkler riser and a PDV; ensuring maximum safety and reliability.
