Project Outcome
This development offers affordable, stylish and sustainable living within the local community, featuring 28 flats across two to five storeys, along with cycle storage, waste/refuse facilities and amenity spaces including roof terraces and balconies.
Our team delivered a comprehensive fire safety solution with full coverage for all flats, ancillary rooms and shared common areas. The design includes a shared domestic tank system that combines sprinkler demand and domestic buffer, utilising value engineering and a large domestic infill from the building’s main supply. This approach reduced stored water demand, saved costs on plant equipment and maximized usable space within amenity and plant areas.
