Project Outcome
We have delivered the CAT 2 sprinkler package, providing a partial sprinkler design that ensures comprehensive coverage throughout the flats and ancillary areas. Our designers worked with the AHJ and a deviation was granted for the communal corridors, which remain un-sprinkler protected due to the incorporation of additional fire protection measures and fire sterile areas.
The sprinkler system is served by an independent, fully dedicated pump and tank, efficiently supplying 100% of the sprinkler demand. This setup guarantees reliable operation of the sprinkler heads during an emergency.
