The development features 40 modern one- and two-bedroom apartments; Residents can enjoy spacious communal facilities, including a welcoming residents’ lounge, beautifully maintained gardens, and a convenient buggy store.
Safety and reliability are prioritized through the scheme’s advanced infrastructure, including a rooftop plant setup equipped with a dedicated sprinkler pump and tank that feeds the lower levels.
The sprinkler design has special circumstances, which in turn optimises water storage demands, from integrating mixed design criteria of Category 2 and Category 3 residential units and communal spaces. While ensuring compliance with sprinkler BS9251:2021 British Standards and maintaining efficiency and reduced costs where possible.
