Project Outcome
We’re proud to unveil the purpose-built development of 40 affordable apartments for the elderly, located in Truro, Cornwall — Trennick Villas. It has been a truly rewarding site to work on, with picturesque views that can be seen in some of our final photos.
This site has a long history; it was previously a boarded-up care home that remained vacant for several years before being destroyed in a fire. Now, it has been transformed into a vibrant, age-restricted, 100% affordable housing development.
Despite the additional distance from our typical projects, our Operations team has done an outstanding job in adhering to programmes and delivering each phase of the works on schedule. We’re also pleased to have collaborated with Wave Services LTD on this project and look forward to many more successful partnerships in the future.
